Conference “Recycling composites: a new direction for offshore racing”

The “Recycling composites: a new direction for offshore racing” conference will take place in Lorient on 25 September 2025.

The aim is to bring together academic and industrial partners around the theme of recycling composites.

This conference is organised by IRDL and the ComposiTIC technical platform as part of the RecyComp project, which aims to develop new generations of recyclable organic matrix composites (OMCs) from recycled raw materials. RecyComp is a scientific project in the Composite Materials area of the Recycling Priority Research Program & Equipment, which brings together 9 research laboratories. Free-LitterAT: new European project approved

ComposiTIC is involved in a new European project called “Free-LitterAT – Advancing towards litter-free Atlantic coastal communities by preventing and reducing macro and micro litter”. The project is led by Fundación CETMAR (Galicia) and financially supported by Interreg Atlantic Area Program. The kick-off meeting will take place on 16 and 17 January 2024 in Vigo (Spain).
